Tim is our Kitchen Director with a flavor for life! Graduate of the prestigious School of Hardknocks, where I earned my degree in culinary wizardry with a side of resilience. I have experienced homelessness to living in a world dominated by addiction. God, put the right people in my life and nowadays you'll find me basking in the glorious glow of a joyful, peaceful, prosperous, and addiction-free existence, reunited with my family. I owe it all to my Lord, who graciously restored my life and family. Blessings, baby! For the past 3 years, I've had the pleasure of serving as the Kitchen Director at Breaking Bread staff. I'm all about creating dishes that are not only delicious but also sprinkled with a pinch of love and a dash of humor.
